Barley to Bottle, from Spirits to Cocktails

Join us for an exclusive night in the Chalet Coo where you will learn first hand about the distilling process whilst sampling the vodka, gin and whisky produced in Hawick, the first distillery in the Borders since 1837 along with sample nibbles created by our kitchen.

This will be followed by a unique chance to create and sample two classic cocktails from a professional mixologist.
